Student attendance management system for schools in Nepal
Teachers take the register from any phone or computer, parents hear about absences the same day, and the principal sees the whole school's attendance as it comes in.

A register for every section, every day
Each class teacher opens today's register, marks every student and submits it. The school office sees at a glance which registers are in and which are still missing.
- Present, absent, late, half day and leave
- “Mark the rest present” for a full class
- A short note on any student, such as “came after the first period”
- Drafts save as you go
Parents know the same day
When a register is submitted, guardians are told if their child was marked absent or late: in the parent portal, and by email if they choose. The school decides which of these notifications go out.
Absence requests from parents
Parents can tell the class teacher about an absence ahead of time, such as an appointment or a family event, or explain a day already missed. The teacher answers in the app and approved days show on the register.
Corrections with a reason
Once a register is submitted, any change needs a reason, and the reason is recorded in the audit log. A finalized register can no longer be changed at all.
Summaries, and staff attendance too
See each student's attendance rate over any range of days, lowest first, with everyone below your threshold picked out. Teachers check themselves in each morning, and the office keeps the staff register.
Built around your school calendar
School days, school holidays and Nepal's public holidays from the Gazette come from the school calendar, so nobody is asked for a register on a day the school is closed.
Questions schools ask
Do teachers need a computer to take attendance?
No. The register works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
Can attendance use Bikram Sambat dates?
Yes. The school chooses Bikram Sambat or Gregorian dates, and everyone sees and picks dates in that calendar.
How is the attendance rate worked out?
Present and late days, plus half days counted as half, divided by the school days so far. Leave counts as not attended.
Are parents notified by SMS?
No. Notifications arrive in the parent portal and, if the parent chooses, by email. SMS is not included.
Works together with
Parent communication
Families stay connected without extra phone calls
Parents and students sign in on any phone, with no app to install. They follow attendance, homework, timetables, results and fees, read school notices and message their teachers.
Exams & report cards
Report cards calculated from the marks, not typed by hand
Set up each exam with your own grading scheme and GPA scale. Teachers enter marks, missing entries are flagged instead of counted as zero, and finalized results go straight to each student's report card.
