Your grading scheme and GPA scale
Define the grade bands and GPA scale your school follows and give each subject its credit weight. Each exam uses the scheme you choose, so classes graded differently can each have their own.
Subjects, components and weights
Add only the subjects a class sits, split a subject into components such as theory and practical, and set the maximum marks and weight of each. Results cannot be finalized until the weights total 100%.
Mark entry that catches mistakes
Teachers enter marks for the subjects they teach, section by section. Missing entries are highlighted and never counted as zero, and nothing is saved while a row still needs fixing.
Finalize once, and the report cards follow
When every mark is in, finalize the exam: marks are locked and the grading rules frozen, so a result never shifts later. Each student's report card shows their finalized exams, with a teacher's remark if you add one.
Corrections on record
A change after finalizing needs a reason. The result is recalculated from the frozen rules and the change is kept in the audit log.
Results families can see
Parents and students see finalized results, GPA and progress from one exam to the next in their portal, and the exam routine shows what is coming up. Teachers can also set multiple-choice quizzes that students take at home and that mark themselves.

Does it support GPA and letter grades?
Yes. You set up the grade bands, GPA scale and subject credits your school uses, and every exam is graded with them.
Can parents see marks before they are final?
No. Parents and students only see results after the exam is finalized.
What happens if a mark was entered wrongly after results are out?
An administrator corrects it with a reason. The result is recalculated with the same rules and the correction stays in the audit log.
Can we export results?
Yes. Results download as a CSV file from Reports.
