An admission form on your own website
Your school website has an Apply page. Parents fill in the student's and guardian's details from their phone, and the application arrives in your Admissions list.
Review, ask for changes, decide
Filter applications by status. Ask the family to correct or add something with a note, approve the application or reject it. Families check where their application stands with the private code they receive when they apply.
Approval creates the student
Approving an application creates the student record and first enrollment, in the grade applied for or one you choose, ready to place in a section.
One record from admission onwards
From then on, enrollments, guardians, documents, attendance, results and fees all stay on the same student record. At the end of the year, promote a whole section to the next class and keep the history.

Can the office add students who apply in person?
Yes. Staff can admit a student directly from the Students page, with or without a guardian.

Every Little Birds school has its own website, and the admission form is part of it.
